A Drugstore Anastasia Brow Whiz Dupe?
Why pay $18 can you can pay $8 for good brows?
As someone with dark brunette hair, finding the perfect eyebrow pencil can be Sisyphean to say the least. So many pencils, even listed as dark brown, lean reddish brown and end up looking a bit rubbish on my brows. I've had luck with Tarte Emphas-Eyes and Anastasia Brow Whiz pencils, but they aren't cheap at $19 and $18 respectively.
And then L'Oreal said, "hey, let's dupe that!" Probably.
L'Oreal Brow Stylist Definer is a pretty great dupe for Anastasia Brow Whiz, right down to be in a skinnier tube, and the best part? The Dark Brunette color is not red toned. It's a proper dark brown that looks far more natural on me, similar to Brow Whiz in Ebony. It also has the same feel and staying power of Brow Whiz, at least to me. It doesn't have as many shades as Brow Whiz, and this comes in only Blonde, Brunette, and Dark Brunette, which I would say is its only real setback.
That being said, one of the biggest pros? It's only $7.99.
My wallet and eyebrows are much happier for this.
